Customer Service Lead
Description:Performs a variety of duties to assist customers by answering questions or resolving problems regarding company products. Answers telephone calls or responds to letters regarding questions on product uses or applications; resolve complaints or problems regarding damaged, late or incorrect shipments of company products. Offers discounts and resolves problems within guidelines. This lead position delegates tasks to Customer Service Reps within assigned team and resolves the most complex issues that are escalated from Customer Service Reps. Typically the lead has a high level expertise on systems/policies and builds interdepartmental relationships to facilitate resolution of customer service issues. Develops standard work procedures for team to maintain best practices supporting highest level of customer satisfaction.QualificationsRequires a high school diploma plus 5 or more years experience.
